Control, not replacement
Neo connects to tools such as ComfyUI, Forge Neo and KoboldCPP rather than pretending to replace their engines.
Neo Studio V2 is a local-first creative workspace designed to organize image, video, prompt, assistant, roleplay, project-memory and backend workflows around the tools already installed on a creator's machine.
ComfyUI, Forge, KoboldCPP and model ecosystems are flexible, but creative work can become fragmented across launchers, workflows, output folders, prompt tools, model setup and repeated configuration. Neo Studio is being built as a cleaner control layer on top.

Neo Studio is not presented here as a finished commercial product. Functional areas are active and expanding, while UI polish, route hardening, documentation and new surfaces continue to evolve.
Neo connects to tools such as ComfyUI, Forge Neo and KoboldCPP rather than pretending to replace their engines.
Projects, outputs, backends and model workflows are organized around the creator's own machine and installed ecosystem.
The product direction is driven by repeated friction encountered during real image, video and prompt workflows.
The public repository contains current documentation, updates and source development.
